I use it every few months. I've been using them for about 5 years. I like that the white tip is white plastic so it doesn't get scratched if scratched. I make sure to scrape my nails a bit with a file before putting them on and use a fair amount of glue (what comes with them is plenty) and they last 4-6 weeks on me. I usually have to take them off because my nails have grown so much that they rarely come off on their own. I'm not a sensitive person and I don't let my nails get in the way of what I do. I finally got an amazing pedicure in a nice place and the owner noticed my nails and asked where I got them done.
