While the device was still working it really helped the neighbors bark their dogs. A bark or two within 50 feet and they would twirl their tails and run without barking. Since the device was claimed to be waterproof, the device sat 24/7 on my desk on my patio overlooking the barking dogs. The last downpour seems to have proved that it is neither durable nor waterproof. I picked it up and water flowed out of the case. I opened the case and dried it out. Upon opening it I could see that the pins on the board had punched a hole in the outer LiPo cover. I guess I was lucky it didn't catch fire. The battery appears to be charged, but the device appears to be dead. I wouldn't recommend buying this unless you take it every day and don't let it get wet at all.
