Bought this item 3 times. The first time it came and worked perfectly without any effort. I washed the window first with another brand of Windex and then applied it with water and a shower scraper. It looked so cool that I wanted to make another window. This time I used the proprietary Windex (just change it) and no matter what I did the material immediately slipped off the window. Had to order a third time and switch back to unbranded items to have them cleaned. Addictive but not as good as the first time. I spent a lot of time with the scraper trying to get it to do what I wanted. Tips for new buyers: Before applying, cut off a little more and shorten with a razor blade.
