I love these pots! I do my best to follow the cleaning instructions so they last forever. I cooked the chicken and dumplings at high temperature and had no warping. But you don't need higher temperatures as these POTS hold heat in a way I've never seen before. I only use high-quality stainless steel pots and cast-iron pans with glass lids on the stove. And I found that even they can deform. I tend not to cook at any high power cookware. Also, the whole square heats up too, I was worried about that, but it works fine for big eyes. One downside is the steamer rack/tray doesn't have legs as I saw in the video so it's pointless. really WANT them to send me legs.
