Easy installation. Just plug in the USB and everything works. However, the image quality is abysmal. A face that was 1 to 2 feet from the webcam, taking up half the area, was out of focus, but furniture 8 to 10 feet behind it was better in focus. Also, the resolution of this webcam, which was supposed to be 1080p, was visually inferior to my old camera, so I returned it and will try another product after wasting too much time on this one.
