Had to change from 4 stars to 1

My kids love this toy. I like to watch them have fun. However, I would say that it appears to be a suction issue. I have to make sure it sticks to the wall. The fact is that the batteries are waterproof. I think there is a label, but I'm not sure about the speakers. I really don't want him to fall in the water. Update: It's broken. It didn't work so I figured maybe one of my kids left it on. Changed batteries and still nothing. It's a shame because my kids had so much fun with it.
