I LOVE this complete feed my gliders look so healthy I no longer have to chop chop boil eggs etc now I just put this feed in a heavy duty ceramic bowl, put this bowl in the crockery container (with both cut ends in doors) and mind your own business. The plastic container prevents the big mess they make by throwing it out of the trays. No more need to buy vitamins, calcium, no extra stuff! When the food crumbles almost to a powdery state, I take the end of the crumb out of the bag, pour apple or fruit juice over it until it's very wet, and my suggs leave after that big time and then finish. You have deteriorated. You will not eat other brands of whole foods! I also feed them giant mealworms every third day. I have some very lucky gliders! .
