This is an honest and truthful review of this item which I purchased at full price from Revain.com: I have been using Amino Energy for over a year now and it is very helpful without Side effects (personal experience, your results may vary). I work the night shift, this is a great substitute for coffee or canned energy drinks. Coffee at night gives me heartburn, so I looked for other options. I have used other Optimum Nutrition products for over 10 years and have always been satisfied. When I use this product I have an uninterrupted night with lots of energy and when I get home = and I can fall asleep easily. I've tried all the flavors, this is one of my top 5! I mean, the apple flavor is perfect for the happy green apple grower. IDENTICAL! My favorite flavors are as follows. Blueberry Lemonade, Strawberry Lemonade, Green Apple, Grapes, Watermelon. I personally think they should get rid of the coffee and tea flavors. Poorly. I would not change anything about this product, I recommend it to everyone.
