Setup instructions are available online and are presented in a visual format (video) along with detail. They are easy to follow. Multiple people can use the scale, but in my house only one person will use it. The only confusion I had was after setting it up, how to turn it on and off when I need it. I thought I had to press a button or something. I went back to the website and the wording said "just keep going". I propose to include this information in several places. Add the phrase "once set up, just go" to your packaging. I just got my laboratory values and the full BMI from the doctor and compared them. The scale was pretty close to what I got from the doctor. I like the stylish design of the scale and the large numbers on the display. I also like the fact that the scale is long enough to accommodate my large feet. I highly recommend this scale.
