Review on 🔬 Fritz Aquatics FritzZyme 360 Dry Biological Cleaning Supplement by Brian Chatum

This stuff works great. I have a 600 fountain/bridge with plants, fish, gravel, lilies and it gets litter like leaves, flowers, twigs etc. I try to keep it clean but there is a chorus between fish litter and dead pond plant material and trees and algae. Other products have done little. And I think that stuff helps against algae too. After about three months, the cement walls are almost free of algae and there are fewer and fewer new floating algae, similar to thread algae, but not as strong. I don't know where the filamentous algae went, or maybe the new weaker material is filamentous algae, only weaker because of that material. With no algae growing on the walls and plants dying and sinking to the bottom, I can see the bottom again even a few days after cleaning. At the moment I'm still cleaning up a bit, but if the situation improves it might not be necessary. This thing may work by digesting what the algae used to eat, but my lilies are doing fine, as are other pond plants. I treated every 9-10 days, maybe 1.5 times the dose, but only after seeing that it didn't harm the fish. The only problem is that my plecos and seaweed lovers will need something to supplement their diet if doing so further reduces the amount of seaweed I have.
