Review on EIT Digital Accelerator by Olugbenga Ajayi
EIT digital accelerator is fast growing accross Europe and the US
EIT digital accelerator was established in 2010 and has headquarter in Brussels, Belgium. It is an accelerator project that targets the development of talents with entrepreneural capacity and digital skills. With its fast growing accelerator services, it aims to groom these talents into great corporations by providing them with mentorship with funding.
It has expanded here and there across Europe and the united states such that it already has over 200 member corporations, SMEs, start-ups, universities and reseach institutes. All of these serves as hubs for its startups to connect and get needed mentorship. As at now EIT has successfully mentoref over 240 companies.
I particularly appreciate its ever growing hubs that are located almost everywhere across the USA and eurooe like in Brussels, Budapest, Sab Francisco, Amsterdam, Berlin and others. These has given companies around those geographical region an equal opportunity for mentorship.
The only information i could not fathom is the fact that on their webpage, the company has only 1 team member and 1 board member. I hope this does not mean what i am thinking?
