Missing items and didnt come prepackaged

Disappointed. The items are fun and exciting that my son got so happy when he saw it to give to his classmates for Valentine's. BUT, my package was missing multiple items. Also, it was supposed to be prepackaged and previous reviews say it was prepackaged, but the one I got was not prepackaged. The price even went up by $8-10. For now, I requested a replacement. Hopefully the new package will at least be complete.
