This is a great product. The shelf folds up and fits inside the pot for very economical storage. In addition, the pot prevents the juice from dripping onto the coals or heat deflector inside the smoker, eliminating the need to clean these items. You can also pour beer, juice or anything else into the pan for extra flavor and moisture. Also, unlike other designs, the legs snap into place so the stand doesn't fall off. You can also detach the legs, which makes cleaning much easier. I just put it in the dishwasher on the low rack and it came out sparkling clean.
