Easy to install. I mean how hard is it to replace the electric pad? For real! I really like the look of these overlays. I like getting rid of exposed screw heads. Very clean lines. Although, a little fragile and thin. The plastic makes noises similar to plastic breaking as the top and bottom "snap" together during installation. I don't hope to remove them for painting or any other reason in the coming years. Except maybe replace all of them. Wouldn't have killed anyone if I'd used better, less brittle plastic. Great design, poor execution, acceptable appearance. Exactly what we expect from the Chinese manufacture of all US consumer products.
