So I bought this device trusting the Anker products I've used in the past. However, this turned out to be a disappointment. What works: (1) Charging works pretty well and has no issues (2) HDMI display port works pretty well. What doesn't work: (1) Ethernet works, but disconnects/reconnects frequently. The problem is that when connected to the remote system via something like SSH, I have to reconnect each time, resulting in massive crashes (2). Keyboard and mouse plugged into USB ports also have the same issue and I see the keyboard backlight just goes off and on again and while it's quite annoying I can work with it as it comes back quickly (2nd generation). ) USB data port -C is not supported by the connected display and I had to resort to an HDMI cable. Overall, I see this as a disappointment.
