My ankle hurts from a fibula and tendon tear and I need to wear a splint to heal. I have another bandage that offers a little more stability, but it's a lot bulkier and more difficult to tie my laces with, so I'm hesitant to put it on at times. I decided I needed a bandage with a thinner profile that would be comfortable, fit well in my shoes, and be adjustable. These braces do all of those things. Being comfortable and easy to wear with shoes and sandals, I wear it almost all the time and it helps my ankle to recover.
