Review on Chemical Guys CLD_202_16 Signature Cleaner by David Sokolov

Less useful than a damp cloth.

Does not leave windows clean. I'm by no means a professional when it comes to car detailing, but I've been involved in car detailing for almost 25 years. I chose Chemical Guys window cleaner after talking to a friend who also works in cars. I have complained about the white film that forms on the inside of car windows over time. He recommended getting an auto glass cleaner and said it would take care of that quickly. I started researching and narrowed it down to this and a few other "big brands" options. I decided to do this after reading some rave reviews on car forums. I was disappointed right after the first use, where I used an ordinary terry cloth. I told my friend about my frustration and he said the rag was the problem and that I needed to use a microfiber cloth. So I tried it with a little improvement. I even bought new microfiber towels thinking maybe the one I was using wasn't washed properly. It leaves streaks and does not clean the window. The only positive thing I can say is that it smells good. In short, save your money and just use a damp cloth. I may try a different brand sometime in the future, but this is absolute marketing/forum hype.
