Review on 🧩 Melissa & Doug Wooden Puzzle Storage by Michael Tarlue

This is my honest "I paid full price" review. My son loves collecting jigsaw puzzles. However, for children's puzzles, they are as small as possible. Even if the whole thing were just 15 percent larger, that would be a significant improvement. The box is divided into parts and in each part there are puzzle pieces for four puzzles. These sections are large enough to hold a dozen pieces of each puzzle. The top of the box slides in grooves to close the box and in the case of my almost three year old it often gets stuck. The parts fly out when the box closes. If you're dreading giving your preschooler a box of 48 not-too-large jigsaw pieces, you have a good reason. With my boy he is of course of the age that I am by his side as he puts the puzzle together; but you know, they find a way to work things out (unless, of course, you're the perfect parent with Pinterest-worthy organizational skills -- I'm not). I have provided photos showing how thin the wooden pieces are and how small the puzzles are in general. Yes, it's a ten dollar puzzle box. I suppose it's worth it, but I'd be willing to pay a few bucks more for a device that's more practical for the youngest users than it is for the aesthetic appeal of the adults who buy it.
