This product is pretty good. I gave it one star overall as I'm a tall man and wish the flexible parts could stretch a little more. Charging: It only took 48 minutes to fully charge the device out of the box. The red light turned to blue which was good. Lasted 6 hours in 2nd gear and got a full charge in 1 hour 21 minutes on 2nd charge (full to full). Fan speeds: I've found that 2nd speed is best for me. Had to test in 100 degree SoCal heat (dry heat) and it cooled me down just enough not to feel too hot. Weight and Comfort: I can wear this product and almost forget I'm wearing it. It's not super heavy, but it's not super light either. All in all it's pretty good. Audio: I was concerned that fan noise would be an issue since I do research and development, support calls, packaging, etc. at work. I'm happy to report that fan noise at level 2 is not an issue with Apple headphones. Storage: I wish they had a case.
