Seems to be pretty well made and certainly gives you plenty of options to set up your recording. The smartphone holder on top of the quick release plate rotated freely. If this happens to you, loosen the plate (the part with the spirit level) and look under it. There's a screw. Take a screwdriver, hold the bracket and tighten this screw until it stops. You'll need a screwdriver, but you can use your fingertip if you don't have one. It just won't be very tight. After that the bracket will fit snugly against the rubber pad and you can actually twist it a little and the screw will spin.
