Great Knife: Kitchen Helpers & Utensils

I used this item to peel a cucumber and it worked great. Since there are different possibilities for cleaning, rubbing, etc., I look forward to using these possibilities as well. The only thing that took me getting used to was the angle of the knife due to the extra blades. I don't think this will be a problem in the future once I get used to using it. I like that the blades easily convert into the right blade. Overall this is a good product and appears to be solid in construction.
