While the software has been developed over many years, there have been some issues getting new features included when needed. For example, this includes updates related to real estate valuations. A number of the tools on the platform are hard to use at first without having someone who can assist you in your initial set up. However where assistance is needed, the team will work with you to understand what you need, and provide tailored support as required. It allows me to quickly access detailed analysis of property values. The reports that we create are used by senior staff at the regional level including Board members. This saves them time and hassle. The platform has been able to integrate multiple sources in one place without any issues. Reporting is also very easy to use for end users as well. There are few minor issues but we can work around them using best practices available. Nothing till now! We have made many good decisions with this software.
