In general, the installation went off without a hitch; all that was required was a careful reading of the included directions. Since this was my first installation, I was extra cautious and did numerous tests, including one in which I leapt a weight of 70 kilograms (about 154 pounds) off the ground and onto the lowest bar of the structure. Concerns about the design's ability to keep the toilet attached to a human being were allayed by bench tests. Before installing them, I made sure there wouldn't be any leaks by filling one with shower water. It works great and hasn't broken down once! Strongly suggest you get it.
