The USB connection to my new Dell laptop eliminates the nightmare of Bluetooth pairing settings (Win 7 and Win 10 come with their current Bluetooth Profiling feature still clueless ) Out of the box functionality for Skype calls, nothing to set up at all Bluetooth pairing and connection to my phone in the background and it integrates seamlessly with Lync calls connecting to laptop via USB cable Phone music (Bluetooth ) will automatically pause when you take off the headset , it will turn on again when you turn it on again. The noise cancellation is excellent. Loud conversations around me are not muted, but pleasantly muted Comfortable on the ears: you can easily change the pressure of the headphones and I can wear them for hours Comfortable on the face: the boom microphone is fully adjustable Sound The quality of the microphone is excellent: it is very sensitive so i can whisper and the interlocutor hears me perfectly but he only hears ME and not the people around me (as far as i know!) The sound quality inside the headset is excellent for PHONE conversations. Not very good bass from my phone but I can handle it, I don't want to throw a rock 'n' roll party, just listening to my music
