Review on ZENY by Michael Paquette

My experience purchasing a bed from ZENY's online shop was, to put it mildly, a comedy of errors. To begin, there were a number of missing bed parts upon initial delivery. I tried communicating with the company's customer care department, but it was like talking to a wall. I was able to reach a representative after several tries, but they were about as useful as a submarine's screen door. The company would not issue a reimbursement and insisted that I buy the missing components at my own expense. The true laugher, however, occurred when I attempted to put together the bed. I spent more time trying to decipher the directions than it took to actually construct the bed because they were written in hieroglyphics. When it was finished, it was as shaky as gelatin on a trampoline. Obviously, I'll be keeping at least one eye open tonight. Finally, ZENY's web shop is the place to go if you're in need of some comic relief. However, I would recommend going elsewhere if you are interested in purchasing high-quality furnishings.
