Very helpful, quick response time and good guidance
I really like how easy it was to set up my account with them! The support team helped me figure out everything as we went along - no surprises about what they could do for us or not offer (which happens frequently!). They also have great customer service which made setting things right at least 10x easier than if you were dealing directly w/the competition who didn't care enough to give two shits whether their customers are happy or satisfied. There's nothing there yet but some of our needs seem pretty simple so hopefully those will be met soon! We've been able use this system since 2014 when they first launched though now it seems updated regularly from any changes by other systems. This helps keep track all donations through our website & makes managing donors much more organized.
- It's easy to use, super easy to manage donors and keep track of contributions
- I wish there was a way to pull up past records for a given donor sometimes you want to see how they've given in past years & it's really hard to do without keeping track of it
