I'm 5'6, 230 lbs, 40DDD. I bought a XL. It fits well but if I was any bigger I probably would size up because near the armpits, it's a tiny bit snug. The material is very thin and stretchy but luckily it's not see through. I was surprised that the bottom of the body suit does NOT have snap buttons, it has two actual buttons that you need to button which took a minute. My husband loved the shirt. It will obviously show your bra a bit so I wore a black plunge bra with it. I am very happy with my purchase.
