Much better than other starred reviewers. Obviously the positive reviewers don't understand the star system. The reviewer's bad experience seemed believable. My experience was 5 star. However, I used Mexican Saltillo tiles on the floor, not bathroom tiles. After years of mopping floors and getting nothing but new deposits, this simple product has made my tile floors almost like new again. I tested it on a tile and loved it. I work on several rows at once (4-5), spraying bevel and grout. I use a grout/tile scrubber on every tile and grout. Then I rub the soapy water twice with water and replace it with fresh water a second time. Literally looking at a clean tile day and night. I plan on taking it off and resealing it once the job is done. I was willing to hire someone or even swap out the floor until I found this product. Saved me hundreds of thousands! I will still replace, but not so urgently. The photos show a before (rather dark and dirty), a before/after and an after. I'm not sure if they really make a huge difference but trust me you'll be glad you tried, I'm happy!
