Review on Siser Resistant Transfer Material Bundle Scrapbooking & Stamping by Wendy Rodriguez

READ BEFORE USE

READ BEFORE USE: Absorbs reasonably well but is sometimes difficult to let go. Now about CONS. My printer (hp office jet pro 8610) uses pigment ink - ink that comes automatically (if you don't know, HP monitors your ink levels and will send you replacement ink when it runs out. It's a subscription, mine is $5 per year month or so) If you don't know what ink you have, try google or call the manufacturer. It could be my ink causing this BUT THIS MAKES THE TRANSFER YELLOW, that yellow carries over to the next shirt. My SECOND WARNING: Make sure you get it right the first time as you CANNOT uninstall and reconfigure. It ruins the print. My suggestions: If you have ink residue on your translation, use scraps of fabric or even plain paper to smooth it out. However, be careful not to touch the printout. The packing tape helps remove an accidentally picked up print, in fact it's quicker than trying to flatten it on scrap. IMO :::::: You do NOT need to trim the pieces to fit your work. Cut out the letters or small items that need to stay in place and place the parchment on top of the rest. Save your translation because it's expensive. If anyone is as confused as I am about htv - light = mirrored and printed size down dark = not mirrored and peeled off the backing (like a sticker) and ironed the printed side up - there's this awesome stuff in there. I hope to save time, money and a lot of people's frustration. Have fun crafting everyone. I give 4 stars.
