I bought these for outdoor ball games. I've worn them a few times and so far I like them. I have plantar fasciitis (why?☹) but I'm determined to play. These shoes have great lateral support and cushioning insoles so I don't die from heel pain. I bought them a size 6 which is my usual size and they fit perfectly. I might have been fine with a 6½ so if you're a medium size go up a half size. (This is not good for someone with wide feet). So far there has been no wear on the outsole from the outdoor court. They are expensive but shoes are essential if you are a serious player and want to avoid injury which is why I bought them. I think it was a worthwhile investment and they look good too.
