The ability for end users with limited IT experience to be able use this software without any training is great! We used it as an internal CRM but have since expanded our business needs into other areas that require more robust solutions than what we could get out of Salesforce/Pardot etc (which are quite expensive).

It was quick implementation time which made us not want to look elsewhere at first because there wasn't much in terms of features available yet or known issues - just getting started so no complaints here really!! There isn’t anything I dislike about how Datswitch works overall though some things can probably improve upon like integrating better across channels if they were interested enough to do such development work. If your looking specifically for sales automation then definitely take advantage of their free trial version before going through all those steps up front when buying something else from them later down-the road.
