Review on 🚗 BENBAT Double Sided Car Seat Activity Arch: The Perfect Baby Toy Activity Center for Developmental Fun On-the-Go by Jose Pacyga

I'm not the type of person who usually writes reviews but this product doesn't have much and I want to help other parents who are unsure about buying it. So I bought it 2 weeks ago and was initially satisfied with it. Attaching to the car was easy and the pole allowed me to hang my favorite 6 month old toy from it (the toys provided didn't interest him for more than a few minutes). It's been 2 weeks now and I'm very upset! I removed it from my car and I think it's going in the garbage. After I braked at a traffic light, my son suddenly started crying hysterically, and when I stopped his face was bright red with a lump. Either the toy I attached (Freddy's firefly) swung forward and hit him (which I doubt since it's mostly a stuffed animal), or the green plastic teether or red plastic flower hanging from the pole did the same. The rod is totally useless as it's totally unsafe to hang anything from, but without it it's totally unstimulating and the mirror/teether definitely needs to be replaced with something softer. I have tried several times to contact the company to get my $30 back but they ignore me so I hope they see this and refund my money and also consider selling such an unsafe toy. Very angry customer!
