The tool is very easy to use, intuitive and offers many different features for free with paid options available as well. I like that you can get started with a simple plan without having to spend thousands of dollars upfront. There are some things that need improvement such as being able to see where your traffic comes from or what percentage of visitors come back again after leaving. We've been using this platform since 2013 and have not had any issues at all. It has helped us grow our business exponentially over time by offering great support along with amazing tools that we haven't seen anywhere else!
