head size 7 7/8 - 8 (XXL) - very hard to find hats with a good fit. Bought an all acrylic knit hat from a "Big Head" specialty store and it was fine at first but now it looks like a "dumb" 7 dwarf hat. This just arrived and it fits perfectly, well stitched and a smooth, tight, non-itch knit. Part of the difference lies in the blend of cotton and acrylic. For the big headed boys - your search is over - don't miss this one.
