After several attempts to use this side cutter foot on my Brother zig zag machine I gave up. It's nowhere near "simulating an overlock stitch on a sewing machine," as the seller said. They also state that "the side cutters cut the fabric as you sew. Sew seams and seams at the same time." This is not my experience. I am very disappointed with this item as the seams were uneven and the cut of the fabric was torn, uneven or not trimmed at all. Maybe I just don't know how to do it Thing used properly but I do not recommend it to anyone.. Keep an eye on the return window when buying unlike me I waited too long to be able to return the item.
