I have received several compliments on this piece which I added to my dress for a quick impromptu family reunion to celebrate my husband and I so it is legal in the States! It complemented the dress beautifully and I was pleased with the sheen. The only downside was the material of the dress kept catching on the piece. So if you're wearing something lacy like I've been warned, or choose something with less hooks! But overall it's a nice thing.
