I'm not overly impressed with this product but be aware that part of the problem is my bike. While the mesh itself stretches a lot, allowing plenty of gear to fit under it, the hooks are too small to properly fit an old bike's tubular frame and there is almost not enough tension to go from one side of the bike to the rear. the other on the front of the seat of my 1991 Suzuki GSX1100G. I know it's a wide seat and modern bikes have pins for those smaller hooks, but I've found better meshes in the past.
