I bought two of these units for two different computers. None of the devices work as advertised or even fully. Some ports never worked (MS Pro slot) on both devices and other ports are now not working (USB 3.0) on both devices. After numerous emails and photos with a company representative (whose native English language is unfortunately not English) I was promised two new units once they were back in stock. It was 3 months ago. To date I have not received anything. I get no response when I try to contact them now.
