Ordered for grandson for Christmas, first one came and when opened Christmas day the drill was broken and would not operate. I sent back the first unit and waited for second to arrive. When the second set arrived the drill also would not operate and it looked to have been "opened" already … maybe a previous return? I couldn't take it away from a three year old twice so he now runs around and makes drill noises himself BUT the drill is still broken. I would not recommend this product, obvious to me there is little or no quality control.
