It helped us identify issues with our clients' applications that were impacting customer experience or costing them money in terms of lost revenue/sales opportunity due to poor application performance. We also used it for reporting purposes internally as well as externally so we could share information about key risks across departments within the business (eg Sales - Account Management etc). I think they have some good features but would like more customisation options available such as using multiple dashboards / views which is something you can't do at present. A great tool for assessing your current level of security governance & controls against industry standards set by PCI DSS standard 3 requirements 1 through 5. This has enabled me to understand where my team needs improvement going forward to ensure full conformance.
