I give this bag 5 stars. I would give more if I could. I have one of the expensive Kavu shoulder bags I bought on sale and I really like it, but I was ready for something smaller. I don't take many things with me when I go out so it was perfect. I use this for work, shopping etc. It has everything I need: my phone, my keys, my wallet, all 3 COVID-19 masks, my 6th gen iPad even with a case, some pens for work etc. I highly recommend this shoulder bag. Also, the design is nice and the stitching is very strong with no rips or tears and all the sippers hold up well. Hope that helps.
