Do not buy office electronics goods.
Purchased March 2020, used for regular internal mail about once a week with all shredder guidelines. There were problems in the first month. Called the manufacturer and got very little help. The service rep said to just pour the grinding oil into the unit I bought and add the oil. There were still problems with the device and now the device doesn't work at all and in fact the return deadline was May 31st 2020 and today is June 18th 2020. Less than standard device with terrible customer service.
