I have a Torx T-10 screwdriver (for PC repair). To flip the spring mounts (see product video) you just unscrewed two T-10 screws and it was very easy. In general, the installation took 5-10 minutes. However, once the spring mounts are reversed, they interfere with the swivel rivets and the cap can only be rotated less than 180 degrees (tilt does not change). It wasn't a big deal to us, but we had to figure out where those lights would be pointing before we flipped the spring mounts.
