These nappies are much easier to use than regular nappies and give my son a nice and restful sleep. He is 7 weeks old and has been using them since the first week. It's tall and thin so it's starting to get too long for this size, but we still use a small/medium size. It is recommended to close the velcro before washing, otherwise it will get caught on other clothes and the velcro may deform. I forget to close them every time I wash them and they are still usable. The zipper at the bottom is designed to allow you to change diapers without unwrapping. I'm not coordinated enough to work for us, but I think it will work for other parents.
