This is a great nursing cover! It is lightweight and stretchy. I wear an XL shirt and am rather large breasted. I find that i struggle to nurse using a cover, but this was simple for us to use! I was able to use it once before my husband threw away the insert thinking it was trash.I messaged the company (through their main website) about me purchasing a replacement insert. They got back to me a few hours later and said they would send me another FREE OF CHARGE.I am blown away by their customer service. It was not the company's fault that we lost our insert, but they are sending me one free. They earned a lifelong customer from these actions. I am going to go on their page and buy more products solely based on this experience.More companies should strive for customer service like them!
