This is a good set of cleaning knives and the variety of cuts is helpful. The main thing to note if it's not clear from the list is that they are all textured slicers - none of the three are flat/straight edge slicers so you won't get a typical slicer with these. That's fine and they seem to work really well, making nice textured slices with the veggies. The photos that accompany the listing don't seem to illustrate this very well (mostly just pictures of products you CAN use scissors on). So unless you look very carefully, you might not understand. But if you know what you're getting, they'll do a great job of slicing and peeling veggies.
