The best way to communicate with your coaching community via email is super easy, it has all of my account information in one spot so I spend less time searching for things as well! It's pretty clunky when you try navigating from page 1 or 2 back into another part if support but not too bad once its figured out how everything works together- we're figuring this stuff out still which makes progress slow at first!! But definitely worth getting set up since most people have been using other programs before us where communication was very limited/frustratingly hard - they even had problems setting themselfs free during our trial period because everyone just assumed there would be issues right off top haha.- Getting started can get awkward sometimes cause some aspects are really confusing like what does paid mean? What level subscription costs do etc., also make sure yto signup through google paypal will let access the program easier otherwise use stripe card instead. Great platform overall though great customer service team who helps solve any questions / doubts immediately :) I like how easy it is to use, they have great customer service as well! It helps me keep track of my business expenses which can be very tedious with multiple spreadsheets or programs you need an account for each expense so this makes things much easier :) nothing at all yet but looking forward too using more features down line once we are fully launched in our new office space!
