While this is a great concept and I was excited to try it, I should have done a little more homework! First problem, there are no instructions. Nothing at all. Just punches and bullets. So go crazy and poke holes in everything somewhere I guess? There are also no care instructions included. So if yellow goo is oozing out of what you pierced, do you google it? The second problem, one of the sealed sterilized cartridges was opened and the earring was missing. My guess is that someone who used this set once, probably assembled everything because there were no instructions, stuffed everything back into a tiny plastic bag from China and sent it back. That's how I got it, everything was packed in a tiny plastic bag. Third, you can't tell which earring is preloaded in the cartridge. At least they are connected in sets so the set MUST match the earrings but my belief is still wavering. So if you can find a guide, figure out what kind of earring you're using to poke a hole in your body, and believe they are indeed sterile, I say go for it! As for me, I don't risk the actual sterility of the earrings. I don't want a weird disease, fungus or skin condition to go away after 2 weeks.
