Exceptionally inexpensive deep groove ball bearings
They feel and act like stock. Accuracy is evident, of course, time will be the final judge. They sat in my HD bandsaw so they could train. The last set of bearings lasted 20 years, hopefully they will last as long, if they last I probably won't change them again!
