The on/off switch is difficult to use.

on and off is the same button. This is the style of toggling between slow -&gt; medium -&gt; maximum -&gt; off. There is no indicator light. So it's hard to say. Every time I turned it off, I had to wait 30 seconds to make sure the fan had stopped spinning, since there's no telling if pressing the button turns it off.
